SAN ANTONIO (AP) — A hiker has been injured by a mountain lion at Big Bend National Park.
The National Park Service says a woman and her friends were hiking in a remote area when the attack happened Friday.
The San Antonio Express-News reports (http://bit.ly/UkXRg7 ) that the woman was treated for minor injuries.
Authorities say part of the park has been closed so that rangers can look for the mountain lion and investigate the attack.
