ABILENE, Texas (AP) — A 20-year-old Abilene man has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for transporting child pornography.
Connell Wilson Cook also received a 10-year term of supervised released. He pleaded guilty in November 2011 to one count of transportation of child pornography.
According to court documents, Cook admitted downloading several images of child porn, planning to later sell them on the Internet. He has been in custody since being arrested in July 2011 when a federal search warrant was executed at his home.
