It's way to tempting to pass up booths offering amazing Cajun and Creole food at the Taste of New Orleans put on by the San Antonio Zulu Association. Go ahead and submit, and your first stop may be the fried oysters. Just a couple of steps away: Bananas Foster! Or, you might hold out for gumbo, crayfish (they're live!) red beans and rice or an etouffe. Also on the menu: Alligator on a stick. "It's like lobster." said one food adventurer. There is a lot going on at the 3-day event that continues through Sunday at the Sunken Garden Theatre at Brackenridge Park. Wonderful food, rock climbing wall, bungee-bounce and, of course, lots of awesome jazz. There is seating but you might want to bring a chair of your own or throw out a blanket on a grassy knoll.
