Happy birthday, Papa! The Havana Hotel's Ocho Lounge and the San Antonio Library Foundation's First Edition Society threw a special celebration Saturday night in honor of Ernest Hemingway's birthday. He was born July 21, 1899. The San Antonio Public Library Foundation's First Edition Society had a sellout in the Havana's second floor patio. But everyone, upstairs and down, enjoyed a live performance by Son Y No Son as they toasted the amazing American author of "The Sun Also Rises", "A Farewell to Arms", "For Whom the Bell Tolls", "The Old Man and the Sea", "A Moveable Feast", among others.
