KENS 5 meteorologist Paul Mireles emceed the 6th Annual Chips'N Salsa, an official Fiesta event held April 21 at the historic El Tropicana Hotel on the River Walk. Guests slipped from casino table to salsa floor in an evening of sizzling fun benefiting SA Youth.
