Viva Fiesta and the new El Rey Feo for 2012: Richard Ojeda. Former "Ugly King", Bill Drain, handed over the reins to Ojeda at the coronation ceremony held in front of San Fernando Cathedral in Main Plaza Friday night. Very close to tears, the newly crowned Ojeda, a long-time entrepreneur and owner of Black Tie Affairs, stood on the stage and told how he had wanted to become a king since he was a child first experiencing a school visit from Fiesta royalty. "I'm a real person," said the People's King, referring to obstacles he has had to overcome to reach this crowning point of his life.
