SAN ANTONIO -- There's a lengthy history that exists between the San Antonio Spurs and their formerly formidable Western Conference rival Phoenix Suns. While Steve Nash is still a Sun, the usual suspects like Amar'e Stoudemire, Goran Dragic, Leandro Barbosa, and Boris Diaw (now a Spur) are playing elsewhere. Just two seasons ago, the Phoenix Suns dismissed the Spurs in convincing fashion. And remember, the moment that still haunts Coach Popovich, when Manu Ginobili went down during last year's regular season finale with a hyperextended right elbow. An injury that would cost Manu Game 1 against the Memphis Grizzlies of the 2011 Playoffs, and San Antonio - the series. Enjoy some pictures, which chronicle the tension between these two franchises.
