PHOTOS: Feast and fiesta at OLLU's Best of the West event

SAN ANTONIO -- Families gathered at Our Lady of the Lake University on April 22, 2012 for the Best of the West Fiesta celebration. Hosted on the university's campus, local bands performed while visitors chowed down on treats from various booths and children participated in arts and crafts activities. For aspiring collectors, local artists displayed their works and a few artists even created new pieces on-site.
Best of the West, an official Fiesta event, continues till 8 p.m. Sunday evening. Tickets can be purchased at the gate - $8 for adults, $4 for children.
