SAN ANTONIO -- What's best about the King William Fair? It's debatable. Some might quibble that it is the variety of food - especially now that mobile food trucks offer Saweets cupcakes and Mars' shrimp tacos have staked a claim here. It could be because it has one of the most exciting and challenging children's play area. It's not the only Fiesta event that allows dogs on a leash, or kids in tow in festively decorated wagons. But, it could be browsing the eclectic assortment of arts and crafts along shady avenues lined with restored Victorian mansions as you catch riffs of soulful tunes by live musicians on five stages.
