San Antonio celebrated the Year of the Dragon at the Institute of Texan Cultures' 25th Annual Asian Festival Saturday, January 28, 2012.Mango bubble tea, spring rolls and Crab Rangoon, samosas, chicken abobo, Tekka Maki, fried bananas and dancers, fabulous dancers were all part of the festivities.
