While Tony Parker sat in street clothes with a sore thigh, Chris Paul took advantage with 36 points and 11 assists as the Los Angeles Clippers salvaged the end of a disappointing road swing with a 120-108 win over the San Antonio Spurs. It was the Clippers' first victory in San Antonio in more than a decade.
