You could not have prayed for better weather for the 2012 Fiesta Flambeau Parade April 28. A cool breeze lifted the day's heat right up off the pavement and delivered the perfect comfort zone for crowds to cheer on floats, bands, dignitaries and costumed merry-makers. A perfect palette of vibrant colors threaded their way through downtown San Antonio streets in what organizers say is America's largest illuminated parade.
