It doesn't matter if you're not ready. They're armed with cascarones -- here comes confetti. NIOSA has come, and now La Villita is overrun with hysterical Fiesta crowds and loads of fabulous food. Night in Old San Antonio, one of Fiesta's most popular events, kicked off Tuesday, April 24 and runs through Friday.
