SAN ANTONIO -- We are just two weeks away from Election Day, finally!
Finally is right, because more than half of all voters are stressed out from this year's Presidential Election, according to the American Psychological Association.
Are you suffering from election stress? Here are some ways to help you out.
"They are so stressed out. They don't know what to do. They can hardly wait for it to be over and done with," said registered nurse and Director of the Senior Behavioral Unit at Christus Santa Rosa, Imelda Sanchez.
Sanchez said we all have our own ways of dealing with stress.
"You've got to think of other things to do keep your mind active. Read books, take a bath, soak in warm water, have a massage," she said.

Bob has been going there for over 10 years. When asked if the election had him stressed out. He said, "Absolutely! I'm a little frustrated with both candidates."
"It really just relaxes people and also increases circulation, releases endorphins, and hormones that all do the body good," massage therapist Alek Chesser said.
Some people take their frustrations to the bar like Edward Willey, but not necessarily for a drink.
"I used to do that before an exam in college that would work," Wiley said.
His solution now is to stay off the internet.
"I'm a paperless person I get all my news off the Internet,” said Willey. “But some days I just turn off my computer to take a day off once a week."
Experts also said, turn off the TV.
"Realizing you have the power to turn the TV off if you want to. The power to say okay I will listen but I will make my own choice," Sanchez said.
"Let's try to take the emotion out of this. You have your choice. You have your voice. You have your right take it to the ballot box," said Bexar County Elections Administrator Jacque Callanen.
While you're waiting in line to vote, so you don't more stressed out, Sanchez also suggests you bring a book.
