Governor Rick Perry's campaign is calling U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison a hypocrite.
Hutchison has pledged to curb toll-road construction if she's elected governor.
But a campaign finance report shows one of her major financial contributors is a San Antono-based toll-road builder.
Hutchison's camp says she was glad to accept the $25,000 because the company shares an interest in new leadership for the state.
