SAN ANTONIO -- Police said a man was arrested after being accused of stealing more than $13,000 in merchandise from Saks Fifth Avenue.
Investigators said on May 21, Michael Cruz was accused of stealing more than $4,000 worth of items.
Two days later, police said he returned to the store and stole more than $9,100 in merchandise.
Details on the stolen items were not available Tuesday.
Cruz was captured on surveillance video and eventually caught. Police determined his identity based on his license plate registration.
He remained in jail Tuesday, as he was reportedly not able to post bond.
