Woman killed in drive-by shooting, identified

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Police Department identified the woman who died Sunday morning after a drive-by shooting on the city’s south side.

Carla Julisa Rogue Valeriano, 25, was one of five victims shot around two Sunday morning in the 2600 block of Flores Street near Harris Middle School.

When officers arrived they found three victims at the location.  While searching the area police found the fourth victim in the ditch. Officers were later notified that the fifth victim was down the street after he ran off.

Valeriano was rushed to SMAC and died hours later from multiple gunshot wounds.

The four men were sent to University Hospital where three were in stable condition and one in critical condition. The victims' current conditions were not available on Tuesday.
