Woman was beaten, held against her will in Stone Oak

KENS 5's Niku Kazori tells the story of a woman who was allegedly held against her will for two days and assaulted.

According to the Police Affidavit, a woman and Bishoy Mina Elkhaliny went to his Stone Oak home located at the 500 block of Lorimor Ct.

The victim flagged down an officer responding to an unrelated case in the area on December 31st.

She said she had been assaulted by Elkhaliny two nights before and was held captive. CT scans revealed she had a fracture to her left eye and could possibly lose her vision.

Elkhaliny is facing 3 charges ranging from aggravated assault to sexual assault each set at $75,000. He is remanded without bond on a burglary charge.
