The Texas Senate voted unanimously on a bill designed to keep teachers facing sexual allegations from students out of the classroom for good.
'Pass The Trash' is a bill that will penalize any administrator that quietly refers an accused educator to another school district.
If the bill passes, educators caught helping potential sexual predators could face felony charges and lose their state pensions.
The bill was created by Sen. Paul Bettencourt (R-Houston) who said the issue is all too common across the state of Texas.
