Six-year-old girl missing for two weeks, police continue search

SAN ANTONIO – The community has tried to help police find Monika Wilson but, so far, there's been no sign of the six-year-old girl.

Police said this missing children's case doesn't meet the requirements for an Amber Alert.

There appeared to be no imminent danger to the children when this was reported to San Antonio police on June 5. Police then alerted the media four days later for help.

Last Thursday, one of the children, Marquail Rose Jr., was found with a relative.

Investigators believe the little girl is with someone familiar to the family and the child. They do not believe she is wandering the street hungry and in danger.

Police said this case is still under investigation.
