SEGUIN – One dog finally gets the happy-ever-after he deserves.
Bill the dog was rescued in November 2015 after being found tied up to a tree and a rope digging into his neck. On November 9, 2015, Bill weighed 47 lbs. After love and care by Seguin’s Animal Services, he weighs 63 lbs. and is healthier than ever.
Seguin Police Department posted on their Facebook page about Bill’s recovery. According to the post, Bill’s previous owner was found guilty in the animal cruelty case meaning that Bill is ‘free to go to his forever home.’
SPD wrote that Bill is a loving dog who strives for attention. He’s just one big happy camper. All of Bill’s success goes to Seguin’s Animal Services for giving Bill unconditional love these past months.
Bill will be going to Animal Rescue Foundation where he has a foster home in place.
