S.A. recognizes tornado cleanup volunteers

The City of San Antonio honored volunteers who helped residents clean up after tornadoes damaged many homes.

SAN ANTONIO - It's been almost a month since four tornadoes ripped through parts of San Antonio, with more than 4,000 homes impacted by the storms.

With the help of the American Red Cross, many residents were able to receive assistance.

Tuesday, the City of San Antonio recognized the volunteers who have been essential to the cleanup effort.
