Rampage players tell Barry Davis: 'We can't wait to see you back in the stands!'

SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio Rampage hockey players Rocco Grimaldi, Mason Geertsen and A.J. Greer shared a video of well-wishes as KENS  5 Anchor Barry Davis undergoes surgery.

The video was posted to social media on Friday morning with the message, "We can't wait to see you back in the stands!"

"We are all praying for you. We're wishing you the best, and we hope you have a great and speedy recovery," Grimaldi said.

Barry Davis was diagnosed with prostate cancer and is sharing his story to help bring attention to the need for men to get checked. Prostate Cancer is the third-leading cause of death in American men.

"I know your family has supported us the past few years," Geertsen said. "I just want you to know that we are all rooting for you and wish you the best."

Barry and his family love going to watch Rampage hockey and supporting the team.

"We're just sending our support back to you in these tough times," Greer said.
