Police seek apologetic Dollar General robber

SAN ANTONIO - Police are looking for a man who robbed a Dollar General back in October.

On October 31, the man seen in surveillance pictures walked into the store at 3350 Southwest Military Drive.

Police say he grabbed about $240 worth of items and acted like he was checking out. As the clerk was bagging the items, he pulled out a gun. He apologized for not having enough money to pay for the merchandise.

He then told the clerk to give him all the money in the register. He was seen leaving in a white pickup truck.

If you know who he is or anything about this crime, please call Crime Stoppers at 224-STOP. You could get a reward of up to $5,000 and you can remain anonymous.
