SAN ANTONIO - Police are searching for information on a man they said slashed a Wal-Mart employee on the wrist while robbing the south-side supermarket on Monday.
Authorities said a male between the age of 25 and 30 attempted to leave the Wal-Mart with merchandise in his pockets. Security tried to stop the suspect as he left the store when the man pulled a knife, slashing an employee on the wrist.
He immediately fled the scene.
Officers have surveillance video of the suspect entering the store and have identified him as a Hispanic male as tall as five-foot-five, weighing around 150 pounds.
