Neighbors' feud sends one to hospital after shooting

Police were called in at 11:48 p.m Sunday. to the 2300 block of Goliad Road at the Marigold Apartments off of Interstate 37.

SAN ANTONIO - A 28-year-old man is in the hospital after being shot by his neighbor on the city's southeast side following an argument, police said.

SAPD said it’s been an ongoing feud between the two.

Police were called in at 11:48 p.m Sunday to the 2300 block of Goliad Road at the Marigold Apartments off of Interstate 37.

Police said the neighbor, a white male in his 70s, shot the man in the abdomen and hip.

The 28-year-old Hispanic male was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center where he is in stable condition.

The shooter was arrested.
