Man accused of kidnapping and torturing victims

SAN ANTONIO - A man is accused of kidnapping, torturing, and forcing his victim to take drugs.

Apparently, 24-year old Hector Isaac Jr had some history with his victim and investigators didn't report what his problem was, but he appeared to be angry and wanted money.

Isaac was arrested last night on a number of charges including aggravated assault and kidnapping. According to his arrest warrant, in early June, he kidnapped another man took him to an abandoned home and beat him.

It didn't stop there, investigators said Isaac and two other men tied the victim up at gunpoint and allegedly forced the victim to take drugs at knifepoint.

The victim was then taken to his mother's house where investigators said Isaac attempted to extort money and that's when police were called.

Isaac is currently booked in the Bexar County Jail with a bond is set at $232,000.
