Man accused of bringing baby to armed robberies

SAN ANTONIO - A San Antonio man was arrested, accused of bringing a baby along during an armed robbery.

Dakota Lindsey, 31, is charged with aggravated robbery, according to an arrest report.

On September 19, police said a man was seen with a baby in a stroller walking back and forth in front of the Pizza Hut on Jackson Keller Road. Moments later, he entered the store, followed by another man who was brandishing a gun.

The second man demanded money from the register and both men left the restaurant, leaving in the same direction.

On September 27, the arrest report said police responded to a second robbery at the same location. This time, a man and a woman were seen pushing a stroller with what looked like the same baby.

Police said the man entered and robbed the restaurant using a similar gun to the previous robbery.

No one was hurt in either robbery.

The arrest affidavit said Lindsey confessed to both armed robberies.
