Foo Fighters coming to Texas in 2018, but not San Antonio

The Foo Fighters announced today that the next leg of their Concrete and Gold world tour will embark in the spring of 2018.

The tour spans three months, two continents, and three Texas cities, but not San Antonio.

San Antonians who want to catch the platinum-selling band can trek to Austin for the tour kickoff on April 18 at the Austin360 Ampitheater.

Fans can also make the trip to the Woodlands the following evening to see the band play the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion. The band will also stop at the Starplex Pavilion in Dallas on April 21.

The Foo Fighters last played San Antonio on April 21, 2003 at the Freeman Coliseum.

A ticket pre-sale will take place starting Oct. 26. More information about the tour is available here.
