SAN ANTONIO -- Thousands of families and friends strolled the streets of the King William Historic District, Texas' first historic neighborhood, on Saturday, April 28, 2012. The annual King William Fair & Parade includes a variety of tasty drinks and dishes, children's activities, arts & crafts vendors, and plenty of live music.
