SAN ANTONIO - Fan headed to Sunset Station in droves to eat, drink and meet other fans from across the country before the Valero Alamo Bowl football game.
Some fans traveled thousands of miles to the Alamo City to cheer on either Standford or TCU. No matter what side they were here for, they all have to go through the same security measures to attend the game.
With the Alamodome's new "clear bag policy," if fans come to the game with a bag larger than 5.5 in. by 8.5 in., their items need to be placed in a clear bag.
All fans and their belongings will be searched at the dome. Video cameras aren't allowed inside but still cameras are, as long as they're not blocking anyone's view.
Items like noise makers, flags with poles, balloons, pets and weapons are discouraged.
The Alamo Bowl is set to begin at 8 p.m.
