Father’s Day is just around the corner. Showing Dad how much you care doesn't mean you have to shell out a bundle. We have some unique gift ideas that make a statement without costing a pretty penny.

It’s true you can do just about anything with duct tape - even turn your dad into a hipster! Make him a new wallet this Father’s Day entirely from different colors of the miracle tape. There are tons of tutorials on YouTube.

Instead of buying Dad another ugly tie he won't ever wear, take the hideous one you bought him last year and turn it into a custom cell phone case - all you need is a needle, thread, a pair of scissors and some velcro.

Is Pops devastated over the impending football lockout? Help sweeten the blow with little football helmet cookies. They're easy to make with the kiddos and are sure to be an instant hit. Basic ingredients include cookies, icing, some licorice and a few decorative dots.

Always, the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Well here's your chance to get a twofer with heart shaped pancakes, served in bed, after you let dear old dad sleep in.

Lastly, in this age of scrapbooking, anyone can do it. But why not go for the gold? Grab your camera, some foam letters and snap a few shots of your kiddos holding D, A and D cutouts. The end result will capture Dad’s heart for a lifetime.
