SAN ANTONIO — A newly released autopsy report shows a construction worker who was found dead inside a smokestack at the Pearl Brewery was neither drunk nor under the influence of drugs when he died.
Authorities found the body of Inocencio Rodriguez Diaz inside the smokestack in August after receiving a report of a foul odor in the area.
His family filed a wrongful death lawsuit after his death. They say he was told to go into an area where he was not suppose to be.
