SAN ANTONIO -- A 21-year old woman is recovering in the hospital after slamming her car into a cement truck on Friday morning.
The accident happened on Loop 410 just south of Marbach Road around 3:30 a.m.
San Antonio police said the woman was speeding and not paying attention when she hit the truck.
She was taken to University Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries after crews freed her from the mangled car.
The off ramp and the access road were closed for two hours while crews cleared the scene.
