SAN ANTONIO -- A 55-year-old woman safely escaped from her burning house early Monday morning on the city's southwest side, San Antonio firefighters say.
Fire crews responded to the home in the 7100 block of Westlawn and doused the flames in a matter of minutes, firefighters said.
