Investigators are trying to sort out the details of an accident that has left three people injured.
According to witnesses, the driver of a white Ford Crown Victoria ran the light at Judson Rd. at Nacogdoches, hitting a Ford Explorer head-on at around 11 p.m. Saturday.
The driver and two passengers in the white car allegedly jumped out and fled; one in another vehicle, two on foot. They left behind the woman who owns the car.
The woman told authorities she was driving, but several witnesses are disputing that claim.
Three people went to area hospitals with minor injuries.
Several charges are pending, including possible DWI charges. Police reportedly found open containers inside the car.
