HOUSTON—The numbers are in, and yet again, there were no Texas winners in Wednesday’s $320 million Powerball jackpot.
One big winner was reported in Michigan, according to the lottery’s official website.
The winning numbers in the Aug. 16 drawing were 6-27-46-51-56 and the Powerball was 21.
The Powerball jackpot, which has never been won by anyone in Texas, was one of the biggest in U.S. history.
Wednesday’s jackpot winner means the Powerball lottery now goes back down to a “measly” $40 million.
