Valero Refining has filed a lawsuit to recoup costs of damages caused by a sulfur storage tank explosion.
The company claims it had to pay about $5 million after 2008 explosion of the Houston-area tank.
That cost covered the rebuilding fees and environmental fines and damages paid to those who were injured in the blast.
Valero wants the companies that designed, built and maintained the facility to share the costs.
