The District Attorney's Office is now reviewing the arrest of Charlie Garza.

Garza was booked in the Bexar County Jail for impersonating a police officer.

Earlier this year Garza served on the 2009 Fiesta Royal Court as El Rey Feo, often referred to as " the peoples king", or "The Ugly King".

Now he is in trouble for flashing a badge and trying to pull over a motorist on Loop 410 after she gave him the finger.

Investigators say Garza is an honorary Bexar County deputy constable, but he doesn't have police power.
