One month and fourteen arrests later, the Seguin Police Department has served two murder warrants in connection with an ongoing investigation.
Michael Edward De La Garza and David Buitron Jr. are accused in the shooting death of Garland Taylor.
Everyone else is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.
De La Garza and Buitron are in the Guadalupe County Jail.
