Police say a San Antonio man is in the hospital this morning after he was hit by a tow truck.
According to police, the victim was arguing with his wife along the access road of the highway. The wife got out of their car and her husband chased after her. That's when he was hit by the tow truck.
The incident happened just before 2 a.m. Saturday, at Loop 410 and Waters Edge Road on the far west side of San Antonio.
The man is currently at University Hospital and his condition unknown.
No charges are expected to be filed against the truck driver.
