Supreme Court justices will consider whether forcing a suspected drunk driver to undergo a blood test is considered an unreasonable search.
This all stems from a case out of Missouri, but could affect the mandatory blood tests for motorists accused of DWI here in San Antonio.
Unreasonable search and seisure is prohibited by the fourth amendment.
The case will likely be set for oral arguments in January or February of 2013.
