San Antonio police are trying to figure out how a man ended up stabbed in the back. They apparently are not getting a lot to go on since the alleged victim isn't really helping with the investigation.
The man, who police say is in his mid 20s, claims he was attacked somewhere on the city's west side, but he didn't give an exact location.
The victim didn't call for help until he got to his home in the 4800 block of Goldfield, on the east side.
He remains at SAMMC with non life-threatening injuries.
