SAN ANTONIO -- Thursday the San Antonio City Council voted to impose a city-wide ban on smoking in all bars, pool halls, Bingo parlors and restaurants.

Smokers will still be allowed to light up outdoors along the River Walk, in clubs and on patios at restaurants and bars.
