SAN ANTONIO -- Startling images show bare, dirty rooms where police say a two-year-old little girl and her six-year-old sister lived while their mother and two other people allegedly used the home for a prostitution business.
San Antonio police say 22-year-old Kayela Paige McClintick, Joann Denise Brown, a woman McClintick claimed was her live-in baby-sitter, and 29-year-old Jeremiah Caprice Coleman are all now facing injury to a child charges.
Coleman is the father of one of the children.
Investigators say the women advertised their services on various websites, and would do business with clients while the children watched.
Court documents revealed the two young girls showed signs of malnutrition, starvation, sparse hair and visible signs of injury to their body.
Both girls are now in the care of Child Protective Services.
