With schools starting up this week, San Antonio drivers need to be watchful for school zones and cell phone usage.
According to a new All State Insurance survey, San Antonio drivers should expect to pay a fine of about $236 if they're caught speeding or using a hand-held cell phone in a school zone.
The highest school zone fine in the south Texas area is $323 in San Marcos.
