San Antonio police have arrested a man who they say tried to fondle a 5-year-old boy.
According to his arrest affidavit, Raul Flores, 56, was at the victim’s grandmother’s house Wednesday when the alleged incident took place.
Officers said the victim’s mother, who was cooking in the kitchen, heard her son yell, “Stop, I don’t want to play that game anymore.”
The victim’s mother told police she ran to the back bedroom and found Flores on the bed with her son with his pants down.
Investigators said the victim’s mother yelled at Flores and then left the house with her son before reporting the alleged incident to police.
Flores is facing a charge of indecency with a child and is currently being held at the Bexar County Jail on $75,000 bond.
