A special hiring event for veterans and military spouses was held at the AT&T Center on Thursday.
More than 70 companies turned up for the job fair offering thousands of job opportunities.
Last November, the President signed the ‘VOW to Hire Heroes Act of 2011.’
The law provides tax credits to help put veterans back to work.
