Passengers were stranded for hours on the tarmac and then bumped out into the Texas heat.
Flights remained on the ground, unable to pull up to terminal gates as emergency evacuations left thousands stranded, and bomb squads worked quickly to investigate a bomb scare in the terminal garage.
