SLIDESHOW: Zombies! Hordes of undead invade San Antonio

First they took over HemisFair Park. Then they moved on to Alamo Plaza. The undead were out Sunday night for this year's San Antonio Zombie Walk.
Hundred of bumbling zombies crowded the park and then lumbered down the sidewalk, drooling blood and stumbling their way through downtown San Antonio.
It seemed that nobody was safe. Children, dogs and even smurfs were among the infected. The sea of zombies would stop at nothing, with the exception of traffic lights and flashing cameras.
Once they reached the Alamo, the zombies let out a collective shriek of terror, which was followed by cries from actual frightened children.
The Zombie Walk was capped off with a screening of 'Night of the Living Dead' at the Friendly Spot Ice House, 943 S. Alamo St., and an after party at Tonic Bar, 5500 Babcock Road.
Zombies, because they are a typically slow breed of monsters, are naturally photogenic. Check it out!
